By accessing and using the Blue Terra website (blueterra.clinic) and submitting an application for any of our clinical programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to this page.

Blue Terra provides physician-led clinical recovery programs at our facility on the Zagorje hills, Croatia. Our programs include medical diagnostics, clinical interventions, and recovery protocols as described on our website.

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Specific program details, availability, and pricing are subject to change and are confirmed during the application and screening process.

All clinical services are delivered under the supervision of licensed medical professionals in accordance with Croatian healthcare regulations.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program. All applications are reviewed by our clinical team, and acceptance is based on medical suitability.

We reserve the right to decline any application if we determine that our programs are not appropriate for the applicant's health needs. In such cases, we may recommend alternative care options.

The screening call is a mandatory part of the application process. No booking is confirmed until the screening is completed and acceptance is communicated in writing.

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include the services specified for each program. Prices are as stated at the time of booking confirmation.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.

Program upgrades during your stay are subject to availability and will be invoiced at the price difference between programs.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund of the balance paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the balance paid, minus the deposit.

Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival, or no-shows, are not eligible for any refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation.

Blue Terra reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program for medical or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost.

Our programs are designed to complement, not replace, your regular medical care. We do not provide emergency medical services, and our facility is not a hospital.

You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, current medications, and health conditions during the application and screening process. Failure to disclose material health information may result in program modification or termination.

By participating in any program, you acknowledge that all medical interventions carry inherent risks, which will be explained to you by your physician before any procedure.

Individual results vary based on health status, adherence to protocols, and other factors. Outcomes described on our website or in marketing materials are illustrative and not guaranteed.

Blue Terra programs are not a substitute for treatment by a licensed physician in your home country. We recommend continuing your relationship with your primary care provider throughout and after your stay.

All content on this website, including text, images, design, logos, and branding, is the property of Blue Terra and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent from Blue Terra.

Blue Terra provides its website and services on an 'as-is' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information on this website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Terra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
